Pressured PilingThis system uses precast concrete cylinders, which can be reinforced with rebar, that are driven into the soil with a ram jack with pressure up too 8,000psi, then capped with precast concrete blocks and then secured with steel shims to assure proper level.

Drilled Bottom PiersThis system uses a drill to make a hole the appropriate depth and width, once proper depth is reached there is an attachment that creates the bell shaped bottom. Once completed, cement is poured to form a solid pier and after the cement has cured the structure can be leveled.

Pier & Beam
This system is usually found on elevated homes without a solid cement foundation. This type of structure usually has wooden beams supporting the floor joist, the wooden beams usually rest on top of cinder blocks, which are placed on solid cement footings in order to provide a stable base.
